Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The Sr Executive Strategy & Planning Manager is a member of the CEO Chief of Staff organization. You play a critical role in influencing and aiding initiatives across the enterprise and of strategic importance to the CEO. You are responsible for the strategy and design of the rhythm of business, evaluation and analysis of target metrics, and ensuring strategic executive engagement and ongoing effective management of enterprise cross-functional partners, projects, and goals. This role represents enterprise priorities by driving ad hoc projects to completion, progressing the strategic agenda, and supporting organizational health. This role brings a tactical mentality and drives accountability and alignment on key priorities on behalf of the organization. This role requires a high degree of business sense, discretion, urgency, and strong project management skills. Job Responsibilities: Works closely with various leaders and teams across the enterprise to ensure success of corporate priorities and successful execution of strategic projects. Maintains and drives strategy for the rhythm of the business, performance scorecard within the Office of the CEO, and intelligence on major strategic enterprise priorities requiring executive attention and focus. Autonomously builds executive level materials in support of the strategic agenda. Facilitates collaboration with Finance and Corporate Strategy in relation to inputs and outputs from regular planning cycles, including budgeting, as well as special projects as required. Interfaces and partners with a broad base of Chief of Staff office members and key functional experts, navigating the nuances of relationships and business ownership/authority across an array of functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred. 7-10 years progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, planning, strategic operations, process design, or other strategic roles. Experience supporting an enterprise-level senior executive or other high-profile executive-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward, and cross functionally. Can articulate visions, strategies, ideas, and proposals clearly and concisely. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, particularly modeling; strong bias towards data-based decision making. Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results. Strong organizational skills. Shown understanding of successful organizations. Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve. Proven track record to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company.
