Job Overview Reporting to the Senior Director of Transformation, this position is responsible for achieving the transformation agenda as it relates to the Elevate Operations Portfolio at T-Mobile. The Operations Portfolio includes transformation scope related to the Source to Pay, Plan to Deliver, and Order to Cash workstreams as well as asset and device lifecycle management. Experience within a Procurement and/or Supply Chain function is required. The Sr Manager, Transformation will work closely with key business partners across procurement and supply chain as well as the enterprise. This role leads the team responsible for identifying and launching transformative process changes for the Operations workstreams (STP, PTD, OTC, ALM, and DLM) to advise, influence, support and execute the end state vision for transformation. The position plays a meaningful role in scoping key business requirements, crafting and documenting best practice processes, as well as ensuring the vital tools are available to drive value. The Sr Manager, Transformation will play a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of core processes. They will collaborate across all major process areas, interacting mostly with key business stakeholders from across the enterprise to optimally communicate the value of process changes. Primary responsibilities include documenting as is and to be processes and associated metric improvement and value for each future state process. This role will understand and communicate the new business process and technical capabilities to ensure they support the desired transformation. This position plays a key role in the evangelizing of transformative technology and processes, operations, data, and governance across all impacted stakeholders. Knowledge of the Oracle application and transformation is desired. Job Responsibilities: Management, development, and mentor: Leverages goal setting, ongoing assessment, coaching, and performance evaluation to support performance and behavior objectives for direct reports. Understands and communicates the functional group's vision and builds alignment of their area to that vision. Recognizes development needs and identifies/crafts development opportunities within workgroup. Contributes to succession, diversity and talent pool planning. Execute on the transformation; implementing short- and long-term improvements, including the development, documentation, and validation processes. Manage multiple project deliverables including identifying vital resources and developing a schedule to meet completion deadlines. Initial focus will be on the analysis and redesign of processes, engaging business stakeholders to understand problem use cases, identify process simplifications and improvements, and work to gain consensus on approach. The process design should be tied to the Oracle technology implementation. Identifying and incorporating key data and operational dependencies and risk across the organization. Define the transformation opportunities, roadmap and execution details. Lead a team that is responsible for the design, build and delivery of transformational programs with ability to develop implementation plan, design, development, test and deployment of future state capabilities. Influence the adoption of new processes and capabilities by working through business, technology, and finance partners; and provide client focused support to business teams as they adopt new capabilities.
