T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, proactive, consensus-building compliance professional who will coordinate the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional enterprise national security compliance to meet business-critical commitments to the US Government. Works proactively, with limited direction, in an ambiguous environment, to build consensus among stakeholders on complex compliance issues spanning organizations. This role will serve as a main point of contact for interactions with auditors and internal national security governance committees for defined matters. An ideal candidate would quickly become the subject matter expert (SME) on T-Mobile's national security obligations while facilitating and leading day-to-day national security audit commitments. Drives readiness for internal and external audits related to national security and supports investigation of potential security incidents. What you'll do in your role. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on T-Mobile's national security compliance commitments. Reinforce national security audit readiness and facilitate audits to satisfactory completion. Point of contact (POC) for external and internal audit-focused stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of process controls (technical or otherwise) and documentation to meet complex national security commitments, facilitating audit-critical initiatives in a compliant manner. Support the development and implementation of required compliance training. Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by management, as needed.
