Salary: $209,778/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:
Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure ontime delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions. Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned. Perform risk management and change management on projects. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions. Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope. Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives. Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan. Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company's large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations
Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and four years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires four years of experience in the following:
- Managing cross-functional programs covering a range of areas;
- Program or product management, and project management tools;
- Understanding application requirements and translating needs into roadmap and capacity plans;
- Defining and owning metrics and key performance indicators;
- Providing hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of project;
- Managing end-to-end project plans and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment;
- Operating autonomously across multiple teams;
- Communicating program plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key cross-functional stakeholders;
- Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience;
- Analyzing, problem-solving, and working with large-scale systems.
