Continental Pricing Specialist in Belo Horizonte, Brazil

The ContiTech business area develops, manufactures and markets intelligent products, systems and components made of rubber, plastic, metal and textiles. These products are used in mining, in the agricultural industry, in industrial engineering and railway mechanics, in the automotive industry and other important sectors of the future.

▪ The purpose of Pricing Specialist role is to manage strategic and administrative pricing to boost sales and maximizing margin for the Business Region

▪ Analyze the market and conduct studies to determine effective pricing strategies, taxes, taking into account factors such as costs, competition, and demand. Develop pricing models and provide recommendations for competitive prices of company products and services. Work closely with upper management and the sales department to develop pricing strategies, include monitoring the market for price fluctuations, ensuring employees follow the established pricing policies is in line with pricing strategies. Interface w/ operation / engineering / Partner / engineering products for technical definition and resources. Elaborate technical and commerical proposal and work on import products' cost/pricing.

▪ Actively participate in discussions on contract drafts, collaborating with the legal team and clients to ensure contractual agreements align with the company's policies. Monitor and manage existing contracts, administrative/commercial support including periodic review such as scope review, price increase and general claims

▪Conduct visits to clients or project locations to gather relevant information for pricing purposes. Evaluate specific customer needs and market conditions to inform pricing decisions.

bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field

4 years of strategic pricing experience

English proficiency
