The ContiTech business area develops, manufactures and markets intelligent products, systems and components made of rubber, plastic, metal and textiles. These products are used in mining, in the agricultural industry, in industrial engineering and railway mechanics, in the automotive industry and other important sectors of the future.

The Supply Chain Supervisor plays a fundamental role in the effective management of a company's supply, warehousing, imports, and purchasing operations. Responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials and products, this professional is involved in integrating and continuously improving logistics processes, aiming to ensure the availability of necessary items to meet the company's demands efficiently and economically. Additionally, they also need to be hands-on, meaning capable of being directly involved in operational activities when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) may be advantageous.

• Solid knowledge in logistics processes, inventory management, supplier negotiation, and import regulations.

• Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
