Description:

Facilities maintenance candidates will be performing preventative maintenance on existing buildings. 5 years of experience with preventative maintenance of commercial buildings. Knowledge of HVAC controls, HVAC system maintenance, plumbing diagnosis and repairs, repair of fixtures, and electrical repair and maintenance.

Hours:

6:30 am - 5:30 pm depending on the project

8 hour shifts
