Responsibilities

Delivering large-scale projects on-time with high quality.

• Guiding developers in day-to-day design and coding tasks

• Design, Development and implementation of projects.

• Develop unit and integration tests using Java testing frameworks

• Working closely with Product Architects, Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and other development teams.

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Exposure on popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Participating in code reviews

• Provide front-end development to convert web design assets into functional web page/Review existing front-end architecture to provide optimal solutions and improvements

• Define and implement flow and data models for client-backend communications, integrate external or internal APIs (JSON, REST) for managing dynamic parts of the UI

• Ability to work with UI designers, product managers, technical writers, marketers, technical support personnel, and customers in a cooperative but fast-paced environment

• Part of CI/CD Pipeline setup and Build Automation Help

• Engaging actively in developing technical designs

• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies (including Oracle technologies) and assimilating them into the product suites

• Pro-actively mentoring and leading the team on the technical aspects

• Ensuring compliance with development methodology and technical process

• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including developers from other Oracle teams,

Skills:

• BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.

• Proven experience as Software Developer (6+ yrs).

• Well rounded full stack developer with exposure to all layers of application and development. Advanced UI development skills using js frameworks is preferred

• Experience in Fusion Tech Stack (OJET) will be an advantage

• Developing Cross-Browser compatible and standard-compliant CSS Based Layouts

• Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline Setup and Build Automation to handle quick release cycles

• Experience with container-based deployment (e.g. Docker, RKT )

• Experience with continuous deployment tools (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins)

• Passion for developing modern front-end applications adhering Composite UI Architecture

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Experience with UI Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, Redux, Type Script)

• Responsive and Adaptive Design Techniques

• Knowledge of CSS Preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS)

• Competency in Version Control/Git

• Understanding of User-Centered Design Principles

• Experience with Cross-Browser Development and Testing

• Expertise in Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)

• Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG)

• Experience with Front-End Build Tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt)

Added Advantage :

OJET Work Exposure

VBCS Design Time/ Run Time Development exposure

Spectra UI Development and React JS Knowledge will be a plus point

Overall looking for some one has a good UI Development skills and a seasoned player (React JS/Node JS/Type Script/CSS)
