How you'll make an impact

• Design, deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools to effectively monitor the organization's IT infrastructure.

• Develops and implements testing strategies and document results.

• Customize SolarWinds dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet specific monitoring requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements for network devices, servers, applications, and other IT components.

• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on SolarWinds tools.

• Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

• Analyze SolarWinds data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance.

• Maintains and document current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

• Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems.

• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.

• This person will need to have core competencies in the administration, support, and operation of the Network Performance Monitor, Network Configuration Manager, Server & Application Monitor, NetFlow Traffic Analyzer and IP Address Manager.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 9 and more years of experince.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.

• Implement and manage SolarWinds monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.

• In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tools and features.

• Develop and maintain incident response procedures for SolarWinds-related incidents.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SolarWinds configurations, processes, and best practices.
