• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in customer building on a cloud provider.

• Experience founding a startup or working in a startup environment.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Google Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) is a critical function to Google Cloud as every customer gets a bill and cares about cost. In this role, you will be responsible for simplifying our customers' billing experiences, reducing complexity and confusion, and providing appropriate tooling and data to both customers and support teams. Our goal is to ensure our customers can understand their cloud costs, have zero cost surprises, and gain confidence in future spend.

• Improve the support and billing experience for all Cloud customers, working together with our Design and Engineering stakeholders.

• Work with strong Product Managers and Engineering leaders in both Waterloo and Seattle to set our roadmap and product strategy.

• Execute and deliver delightful FinOps customer experiences that differentiate Google Cloud billing and even make it a reason for customers to choose Google Cloud.

• Contribute to extending our growing, inclusive product and engineering culture.
