Job Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Understanding the client: Conducting initial meetings to learn about the client's needs and goals
Defining project requirements: Working with the client to define what the project needs to achieve
Developing an implementation plan: Creating a plan that aligns with the client's objectives
Installing and configuring: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the product or service
Providing training: Providing ongoing training and support to help the client use the product or service
Addressing issues: Addressing any concerns or issues raised by the client
Overseeing hand-off: Overseeing the formal transfer of the system or service to other departments or clients

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Client implementation specialists have many responsibilities, including:
Project management: Using project and task management tools to keep track of projects, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Customer relationship management: Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through consistent customer service
User training: Ensuring a smooth transition to new systems that aligns with organizational goals
Implementation process: Working with the project team to ensure clients get the most out of their investment in the developed solution
Customer service: Providing individualized customer service, including holding regularly scheduled meetings with clients
Setup and customization: Assisting with the installation and customization of software as a service (SaaS) systems
Data collection and analysis: Collecting and analyzing data and making informed client recommendations
Product demonstrations: Providing pre-sale product demonstrations for prospective customers
Client relationship building: Building and fostering strong client relationships
