Job Description

The Senior Associate Software Engineer is primarily responsible to develop and maintain web and mobile based applications. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with ReactJS. The role requires strong skills and hands on experience with designing, maintaining web and mobile application frameworks using latest technologies that match internal and external standards. The role also requires hands on experience in strong logical and debugging skill on react application to ensure good product quality delivery. Below are the skill set required for the role:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science/applications preferred.

2. 1 - 2+ yrs. work experience in Designing and maintaining ReactJS Application, and troubleshooting production issues.

3. Developing new user-facing features using React.js.

4. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

5. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.

6. Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

7. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

8. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

9. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

10. Knowledge on micro-service architecture is preferred.

11. Extensive experience with Jenkins as a continuous integration tool. Knowledge on Docker is preferred.

12. Hands on experience with tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI and REST concepts.

13. Hands on experience on using Git.

14. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

15. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will use good knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture. We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

5. Lead the UI development team from the ReactJS development prospective.
