Google Senior Technical Program Manager, Developer Services in Bengaluru, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience in technical program management, operations program management, or engineering management, working on software engineering projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience working with global, distributed teams and managing software development projects.

  • Interest in new platforms and technologies.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

OmniLab provides customers with streamlined access to a wide range of devices, the team also expands features, devices, and infrastructure to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Work with cloud technologies, platform products, or device labs.

  • Lead projects and support collaboration across teams.

  • Manage multi-workstream programs, resource management, financial management, and third-party vendor management.

  • Maintain focus and productivity in ambiguous changing environments.

  • Manage diverse and challenging work streams, device management, strategic planning, lab operations, and build strategic partnerships.
