Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.

We are seeking a Systems Analyst 2-IT (IC2) with strong SQL and advanced MS Excel knowledge. This critical role addresses the increased workload and required experienced analysts. The candidate will manage configuration tickets, process change requests, and oversee user management, focusing on Millennium Build Configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily system operations, Triage, and SCRUM Master tasks.

• Implement and support technical solutions, contributing to Automation, Upskilling, and Roadmap Initiatives.

• Mentor associates, lead team discussions, and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Advance SQL and MS Excel, and automation scripting.

• Knowledge of Millennium tools, Tech-portal, Remedy, and Jira.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and self-directed learning.

• Service Management and Change Management experience (3+ years).

• Cloud solutions experience, particularly OCI.

Expectations:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple Jira and Remedy tickets.

• Rotational shifts, including late night hours logout. (Login time: 3:30pm and Logout time: 12:30am IST)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
