What You Will Learn:
The Indirect Sourcing Co-Op will assist with a full range of responsibilities in purchasing including:
Support multiple compliance topics by organizing, tracking, issuing, and maintaining various KPIs
Perform compliance gap analysis and support the cross-functional domain teams in creating action plans for improvement
Assist team with reporting, analysis, organization, and ad-hoc project related work
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures
Support in maintaining the supplier database by ensuring new vendor creations and revisions are fully compliant to local procedure
Integrate and update the purchasing content in MyMarket (Ariba): preferred supplier list (PSL), rate cards, pricing grids, catalogs, ordering channels, etc.
Manage all Level 1 MyMarket support tickets
Support suppliers and sourcing team enablement in the Ariba network with external catalogs and bidding module
Manage user access rights, profiles, delegates, and approvers in MYMarket and hold quarterly reviews with division/business owners to maintain accurate user access
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Currently a Junior or Senior year of undergrad or first year of master's degree candidate with a minimum 3.2 GPA
Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline
Must demonstrate excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Must possess excellent communication skills and be self-motivated to work independently
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel required
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis
Must be available to work minimum 30 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Internship or Co-op Experience a plus
Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus
