What does a successful VP Head of Business, Enterprise Biller and Receivables Products do at Fiserv?

Join our Enterprise Biller and Receivables Products team, where we empower large and mid-sized billers and B2B sellers with cutting-edge payment solutions. As Head of Business, you'll drive innovation and growth across our BillMatrix and SnapPay offerings, shaping the future of digital commerce and financial automation. This role offers a career-defining opportunity to lead product and distribution functions in Fiserv’s Merchant Solutions division, pioneering next-generation payment solutions in rapidly expanding market segments.

What you will do:

  • Lead Product Strategy and Roadmap: You'll drive the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for BillMatrix and SnapPay, ensuring solutions meet client needs in customer experience, payments, and workflow efficiency.

  • Manage Product P&Ls: Take ownership of the product P&Ls, maximizing revenue through strategic pricing and effective product delivery via internal development, partnerships, and M&A activities.

  • Drive Distribution Strategy: Lead our direct sales and partner channels to effectively sell products and services across various markets served by Fiserv, including enterprise clients and financial institution partners.

  • Inspire and Lead Teams: As a visionary leader, you'll inspire and manage a team of product and distribution channel heads, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Implementations and Customer Success teams, as well as cross-functional teams across Fiserv, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.

  • Optimize Revenue Generation: Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to optimize pricing strategies and enhance revenue generation while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold compliance standards and manage risks associated with product and distribution activities, working closely with Finance, Servicing, Risk, and Legal teams as necessary.

  • Drive Execution Excellence: Maintain a focus on operational excellence, driving efficient product delivery and sales execution that meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations.

What you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product or strategy roles within the payments industry, demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact as well as a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

  • Experience driving successful product strategy and roadmap initiatives, prioritizing feature releases based on solid customer and business insights.

  • Experience developing product roadmaps through internal development, external partnerships, and M&A activities, achieving strategic business objectives.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, with hands-on experience in agile product development processes and frameworks.

  • Experience building and managing distribution partnerships with third parties, including structuring commercial agreements and executing go-to-market strategies.

  • P&L management experience, with a deep understanding of financial levers to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

  • 7 years’ experience in the payments industry trends, particularly in emerging financial technologies, and their implications for product strategy and market positioning.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging with technical and business stakeholders at various organizational levels to drive cross-functional outcomes and influence product vision and execution plans.

Salary Range:

209,500.00 - 277,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees working in New Jersey. Pay ranges for employees working in other states may differ.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
