The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Lab Custodian Technician (Level 4) to join the Flight Simulation Team located in Berkley MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains products, materials and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure consistent quality.

  • Uses standard guidelines to stage material, verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.

  • Resolves discrepancies, defects and ensure issues are identified for resolution.

  • Creates and maintains tracking data and inputs information into engineering systems.

  • Candidate must have strong people skills, self-motivated and excellent customer relation skills.

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Receives and formats data to provide documentation that assists internal customers in the development of engineering life cycle products, services and processes.

  • Assists with data collection and development of engineering data.

  • Assists with the verification of products and documents results and ensures defects are identified for resolution.

  • Maintains design documentation by using company/industry standards.

  • Assists with the collection of customer requirements and assists with inputs to in the web pages.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of experience with Material Management and Inventory Control

  • 10+ years of experience with inventory management systems or database applications

  • 10+ years of experience in shipping and receiving

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years experience with product management

  • Minimum 5 years experience with electronic parts and equipment

  • Experience with WASP Inventory Management Cloud & WASP Asset Management Cloud

  • Experience with Bessy Shipping Management System

  • Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Team Leadership

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $102,000-$138,000
