What do you contribute?

  • You will drive availability of capacity and skills, sourcing, productivity and compliance for the entire temporary labor demand of Siemens Mobility in Germany / Austria. Therefore a strong collaboration with business units, key locations and functions of Siemens Mobility, supply base etc are important.

  • In doing so, you will define and implement the long-term vision and category strategy for temporary labor on Siemens Mobility and key location level.

  • You will identify and execute strategic initiatives jointly with Siemens Mobility Procurement, Siemens Corporate procurement and other stakeholders to balance availability and cost effectiveness.

  • Also, you will be responsible for the stakeholder management with management level across the businesses of Siemens Mobility in Germany and Austria.

  • You will drive the digitalization, functional expertise and cross-functional & cross-regional collaboration to further increase our competitive advantage and harness supplier innovation and maximize total value delivered.

  • Furthermore, you will be responsible to ensure all users are comply with all rules and regulations via end-user change management and target oriented communication.

What do you bring along?

  • You bring in a university degree in economics or engineering combined with long-term professional experience in strategic procurement or relevant Human Resources function.

  • Furthermore, you bring in practical profound experience in collaborating within intercultural and interdisciplinary teams, as well as experience within a plant / factory working environment.

  • Also, in-depth understanding of specific commodity market segments as well as extensive experience in the management of material cost reduction projects, ideally in an international environment, is required.

  • In addition, you bring in a thorough understanding of key cost drivers and fee components in the temporary labor commodity, ideally on buy and supply side.

  • Profound experience within temporary labor procurement (ideally multi-year experience in respective roles) would be a plus.

  • Your sound profile is rounded off by international and intercultural experience, knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Vendor Management and ERP Systems.

  • You are highly welcome to our team with fluent German language skills, proficient English language skills and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
