Nous proposons un stage combiné Amélioration Continue & HSE (50%-50%) sur notre site de Besançon.

Missions Amélioration Continue en production:

Mettre à jour le parcours de formation au poste de la zone concernée en partenariat avec les titulaires des postes.

Travailler sur la réduction des pertes (déchets, matières premières, temps) sur la zone via les outils d’amélioration continue du pilier FI (Focus Improvement).

Créer les gammes de Maintenance Autonome du périmètre.

Missions HSE :

Mettre à jour l’analyse environnementale de l’entièreté du site.

Créer les flux de déchets « plastiques transparent » du site.

Déployer les outils sécurité IL6S dans la zone process concernée (fiche de sécurité au poste, analyse de risque pour les tâches non routinières, TAGs, fiche presqu’accidents)

Support à l’ingénieur HSE sur les missions quotidiennes

Le profil que nous recherchons:

Master/Ingénieur HSE avec une sensibilité technique ou Master/Ingénieur Agroalimentaire

Bon niveau d’anglais

Connaissance générale de l’industrie Agroalimentaire

A l’aise avec les outils informatiques

Bon esprit d’analyse, Méthodique et Rigoureux

Sensibilité Amélioration Continue/Technique

• Gratification : 1300€ à 1500€ brut selon niveau d’études
