Become the Manufacturing Leader for Image Guided Therapy Systems, being part of the management team of Factory Best, which is one of the main Operations sites for Health Systems within Philips.

Our image guided therapy solution is a high end system that is used to diagnose and treat patients in our hospitals. In this segment we are currently the global market leader. We are looking for an inspiring Manufacturing Leader for the very core of our production units, so if you see yourself in this position, apply today!

Responsibilities include

• Developing programs to own the manufacturing organization to the highest level of operational performance;

• Improving manufacturing performance metrics like productivity, cost of non-Quality, equipment utilization and overall efficiency as biggest factory in the Multi-Modality Factory Best;

• Interacting very closely with the planning, maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the operators and technicians follow accurate procedures and ensure product quality;

• Keep the factory Audit Ready everday from a compliancy point of view

• Leading a factory of 200 employees;

• Managing pilot production and production preparation activities;

• Crafting long term investment plans (CAPEX);

• Drives Continuous Improvement in their factory;

• Owning the implementation and transformation of the Factory Best strategy (Hoshin Planning);

• Grow the seniority and level of working independently of the Team Leads by empowering and extensive on-the-job mentor.

You are a part of

One of the biggest Operations sites for our Health Systems business. In close collaboration with the IGT systems business we manufacture, refurbish and repair medical devices & components for our customers. In the team, you work closely together with the Production Control & Logistics and Engineering & Quality managers on the operational performance for the IGT operations organization. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team and a lot of resources to support you.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, (Industrial) Engineering or equivalent;

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain and Operations management are a plus, deep understanding of continuous improvement;

• At least 10 years of significant working experience in a global operating company;

• Quality & Compliance Mentality & Execution;

• Leadership capabilities: you encourage and help continuously improve our talents and future leaders via training, mentoring, professional, and personal development;

• Passionate about transformation and ability to inspire change;

• Nice to have: experience in a regulated business;

• A strong customer focus and the ability to deal with a large variety of activities and different partners;

• Proficient in Dutch (highly preferred) and English (must).
