Naval Medical Command AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST in Bethesda, Maryland

Summary You will serve as a AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST in the VISUAL INFORMATION DIRECTORATE of NAVAL MEDICAL LEADER AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMAND, BETHESDA, MD. . Responsibilities You will operate and maintain cameras, lights, recorders and audio equipment to produce professional quality video productions that are used to distribute information throughout the enterprise. You will provide audiovisual production support to audiovisual media productions for Naval Medical activities worldwide. You will provide editorial and videography services to visual information projects that are primarily completed by the Media Production Department. You will organize, plan and select video scenes, stock footage, artwork, graphic displays etc. and combine with on-camera sync, off-screen narration, sound effects, music and titles to produce highly professional videotape. You will design a general program of sound effects to support video programs You will play prerecorded videos and DVDs according to published schedules on the in-house Cable Television Channels (CCTV). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
