Description We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. This role involves managing and coordinating product development projects, primarily in the technology sector. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from initial concept through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products

• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

• Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision

• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database skills to enhance product development process

• Apply knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, and AB Testing to improve product design and engineering. Requirements • Significant experience in a Product Manager role, with at least 10 years in the field

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management

• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in product development

• Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Database design, management, and maintenance

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in 'About Time' management software

• Experience in AB Testing and its application in product improvement

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong Design and Engineering skills to conceptualize and implement product features

• Must possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
