Position Number: S89650

This position is a Grade: 8-40 with an approximate salary range of $46,180-$55,420 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications

  1. Organization and implementation of Institute program recruiting and selection efforts

Work with Institute director and associate director to develop and implement recruiting plans for Iacocca programs Create a calendar timeline for recruiting deadlines and major recruiting dates that should be shared with Institute team and OIA. Organize and deliver presentations to all partners and other educational and professional networks, both in-person and virtually.

  1. Manage relationship activities for active Institute partnerships and collaborations

Track and report partner metrics, progress against goals, and identify priorities and solutions to improve performance.. Manage communications and process for active collaborations with all partners, working with Institute associate director and OIA director of communication and marketing.

  1. Institute marketing communications plan implementation

Working with Institute director and Director of OIA communications, develop and implement Institute marketing communication plans that positions the Institute and supports program and partner recruitment. Working with Institute director and associate director, program directors, and Director of OIA communications, develop and execute social media and website content strategies. Plan and implement Giving Day communications strategy.

  1. Alumni relations support

Manage Institute communications and information-sharing with program alumni and Lehigh alumni relations. Manage and analyze alumni data, with support from Institute coordinator, preparing reports for Institute director and team and alumni relations.

  1. New business development support

Develop and manage partner prospect lists and tracker, working with Institute director and associate director to prioritize and follow up on promising opportunities. Work with the Institute director and OIA director of communications and marketing to determine strategy and approach to Giving Day and coordinate communications and implementation.

  1. Strategy and approach to marketing and business development and coordinate communications and implementation.

Investigate potential funding opportunities and along with the Institute director, apply for grants that leverage Institute strengths and support Lehigh goals. Depending on nature of funding/grants opportunity identified, interact with VP International Affairs, Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, OIA development director, and/or appropriate process and criteria for assessing and pursuing opportunity.

This position is funded by soft dollars; there is no severance associated with this position
