Boat Attendant – Biltmore Lake
FirstService Residential is now hiring seasonal boathouse attendants for a community in the Biltmore Lake, NC
Primary Responsibilities: Monitor all functions the boathouse area while interacting and providing high level customer service to homeowners and guests.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet and register all homeowners and guests
- Enforce boathouse rules, policies and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain clean and sanitary boathouse area, restrooms and shower areas
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Skill Requirements:
- Customer service experience required
- Basic knowledge of operations and safety
- Attention to detail
- Must be age 16 or older
