Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all food products are of the highest quality and freshness.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and fryers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed.
- Plate and present dishes in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Monitor food cooking temperatures and adjust cooking times as necessary.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food products.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Assist with special events and catering functions as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
