The Job:

As a Warehouse Supervisor , you are responsible for overseeing all activities related to warehouse operations. The warehouse supervisor is responsible for organizing the receipt, arrangement, storage, and circulation of goods to ensure that warehouse operations are conducted in an orderly and neat manner, adhering to the standards of Stanley Black & Decker (SBD). You will manage four company warehouses (including one external warehouse).

Compass II (A subsidiary of Stanley Black and Decker) operates at VSIP 1, 35 Dai Lo Doc Lap, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong. The working hours for this position are 48 hours per week.

You’ll get to :

  • Organize and manage warehouse goods: manage the quantity (inbound, outbound, inventory) of the warehouse, perform warehouse entry and exit procedures, arrange, store, and preserve the quantity of inventory safely without affecting production.

  • Supervise and report the quantity of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and conduct inventory checks.

  • Perform periodical internal inventory checks and participate in annual audits. Manage and coordinate the transportation of inventory with related departments.

  • Organize the implementation of 5S practices in the warehouse. Handle waste disposal orders.

  • Ensure compliance with labor safety principles, forklift safety, and fire prevention and control regulations.

  • Perform warehouse entry and exit tasks according to the company's procedures regarding documentation, delivery time, and maintain good control of related documents and records.

  • Plan training, orientation, supervision, and work assignment for warehouse staff.

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management.

  • Proficient in computer skills and good use of Microsoft Office, capable of creating reports using Power BI software.

  • Knowledgeable in at least one warehouse management software.

  • Understanding of the operational model of export processing companies.

  • Know how to lead inventory activities in the warehouse.

Skills and Personality:

  • Ability to set goals, plan, organize, control; make decisions, manage people, and manage budgets effectively.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Honest, careful, decisive, and highly responsible.

  • Proficient in English language, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score of 600 or higher, or IELTS score of 5.5 or higher).

Other Requirements: FLUENT IN CHINESE IS HIGHLY CONSIDERED.
