Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas: - Understanding information security strategy, metrics and reporting, business analysis, or related technical domain and applying to solve business problems and deliver necessary results; - Understanding information security program strategy, priorities, and structure; - Incorporating existing Firm knowledge, subject matter, or technical domain specialization into work activities; - Understanding strategic initiatives and implications to messaging in a global organization; - Resolving challenging problems in collaboration with others and take initiative when appropriate to make independent choices on matters of significance; and, - Influencing others within their own functional area or team.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas: - Performing and interpreting business analysis processes; - Building or coordinating components of a reporting program; - Tracking maturity using common information security frameworks (ISO, COBIT, NIST); - Translating technical concepts into business impact; - Building and maintaining relationships across a broad spectrum of lines of service and business units; - Working with and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets; and, - Communicating the importance of metrics and working with stakeholders to identify what is important to measure.
