Job Description

One of TEKsystems' customers, a large "fashion retailer that leads with sneakers" with 100+ stores around the U.S., is looking for PC/network technicians to join their team.

They are in the midst of an enterprise-wide, implementation, and they need technicians to provide post-implementation support. These roles will essentially be a part of their SWAAT team ("Stores Working At All Times"). Once the field services vendor's technicians do the install, this team will be responsible for doing any troubleshooting of any issues regarding connectivity.

Any experience providing remote technical support, ideally within a NOC-type environment would be a huge plus.
