[As the Staffing Consultant you will build strong relationships with Spherion clients and employees and be a talent[consultant who is responsible for decision making in order to solve problems.
[Salary $45-58k/year DOE
**[Primary Responsibilities: [-[Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values [-Complete all required Spherion role based training [-Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice [-Document all activity and communication in HRIS system [-Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, and delivery check-ins
