TheMaintenance Technicianperforms general and preventative maintenance in the YMCA facility and on YMCA equipment.
- Assists with assuring that the boilers, plumbing, air conditioning, pool and electrical equipment are kept in good working condition.
- Tests pool chemical levels and makes adjustments as needed.
- Reports routine and preventative maintenance needs to FacilitiesDirector. Corrects and/or reports problems, unsafe situations and breakdowns promptly.
- Assists with general grounds maintenance, including but not limited to litter and snow removal,summer and fall grounds keeping.
- Has a working knowledge of facility safety and emergency policies and procedures. Follows WSI and OSHA standards.
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
On-Call Rotation Every 3rd Weekend
