How this opportunity is different Aon's Apprenticeship Program was designed to create a new and alternative pathway to gain valuable on-the-job experience and support your career at Aon, while pursuing an associate degree. Fully paid tuition and book expenses toward your two-year Marketing and Management associate degree at Normandale Community College Combined work and school schedule totaling 40 hours per week; in person at Aon's Bloomington office and classes on campus atNormandale Community College Potential for pay increases every six months for the duration of the 2-year program Program begins August 1st, 2025 Skills and experience that will lead to success Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication Effective time management, task prioritization and attention to detail Collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving & eagerness to learn What is required & expected? High School Diploma or equivalent GED certification or be on track to graduate from high school by July 1, 2025 Minimum age of 18 years old by June 15, 2025 Meet the minimum enrollment requirements for Normandale's AAS Marketing & Management program and maintain passing grades (i.e. C's or higher) during the program Be authorized to work in the US.
