HealthPartners Associate Consultant, Learning and Development in Bloomington, Minnesota

HealthPartners is currently hiring for an Associate Consultant, Learning and Development. The Associate Consultant supports the creation, implementation and management of programs and initiatives that support learning and development. This position works in close partnership with Learning & Development colleagues, as well as enterprise-wide Human Resources leaders to support all leaders, aspiring leaders, and teams to improve health and well-being with those we serve as Partners for Good. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational effectiveness, communications, psychology or other applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, corporate training and/or communications. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in partnership with others to improve programs. Excellent communication skills. Able to work closely with a diverse group of SMEs and effectively communicate with team members regarding project status, issues, and/or concerns. Basic knowledge of leadership development systems and methods, including in-person programs, and e-learning. Experienced in using strategic communications plans that support business objectives. Ability to work well with others with diverse backgrounds and at various organizational levels; engages and builds effective relationships across the team. Regularly provides feedback, expresses opinions, observations, and conclusions to help achieve positive outcomes. Demonstrates high levels of resourcefulness and execution skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and effectively adhere to deadlines and project plans. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Proficient in use of SharePoint. Ability to maintain confidential information and sensitive information in a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: Experience contributing to instructional design, facilitation, and/or eLearning development in leadership development programs. Healthcare and/or health insurance industry experience. Hours/Location: M-F; Days The consultant will work in a hybrid model with the ability to work remotely approximately 75% of the time. This position will require travel to various HealthPartners sites across the system. Accountabilities: Effectively uses consulting and influencing skills to develop valued relationships with key stakeholders and provides learning and development tools and/or expertise that enhances leader performance and overall team effectiveness. Supports and executes learning and development initiatives using a blended approach, including e-learning. Facilitates instructor-led sessions and action learning. Works with a wide variety of people at all levels within the organization. Serves as a role model for effective interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships. Participates in educational activities that further professional growth and development. Maintains learning and development information and experiences to be engaging, relevant, useful, and easily understood by all leaders. Works in close collaboration with learning and development colleagues and each Employer's HR partners to ensure learning and development content, programs and resources are instructionally sound and applicable. Maintains brand tone and voice on all offerings; draws connections to our Mission, Vision, Values, Partner for Good culture, and our overall development strategy. Appropriately integrates existing organizational cultural expectations (i.e., rounding, leading team huddles, sharing steps we're taking to meet our goals) into all learning and development programs and offerings. Conducts effective pre- and post-learning assessments and reporting for offerings-aligned with training objectives-to successfully measure effectiveness and the transfer of knowledge. Increases and maintains up-t -date functional/technical knowledge of learning technologies and best practice skills. Executes communications plans to promote new programs and increase awareness of offerings throughout the year. With support from his/her leader, executes overall annual calendar of offerings, Leader Site and intranet content, and all other materials that communicate program availability, class purposes and helpful resources related to learning and development. Prioritizes workload to balance short and long-term departmental goals, resource constraints, and anticipate impact to the business. Integrates use of collaboration workspaces (SharePoint) and other technologies (e.g., LMS) into day-to-day operations and processes. Documents and/or updates departmental standard work and supports knowledge transfer. All other duties as assigned.
