Description The Coding Manager is responsible for all coding operations, including supervision of staff, auditing, and working with practitioners and clinic managers to ensure coding needs are met. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule based out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain written operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent interpretation of coding principles, quality, and compliance Direct and review work for accuracy and conformance with departmental policies and procedures; track and monitor production goals and standards Work closely with revenue cycle managers to enhance overall billing operations Assist in identifying, recommending, and implementing operational changes that will improve service, productivity, quality, and/or financial performance of the organization Assist in development of and monitor KPI dashboards related to department performance Responsible for the staffing, coordination, and management of the Coding department Provide staff development opportunities within the Coding department Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Certified coder with a minimum of five years' experience, with strong multi-specialty coding experience (surgical and non-surgical) 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred 1 to 3 years of auditing experience preferred Working knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
