REVO HEALTH LLC Compensation Manager - Revo Health in Bloomington, Minnesota

Description The Compensation Manager will strategically manage the organization's employee compensation plans, including base evaluation and incentive consulting. Responsible for evaluating plans, using industry trends and market data to provide recommendations according to financial budgets and to maintain the company's competitive advantage. Develop safeguards to ensure audits, legal reports and compliance guidelines are followed. Essential Functions: Develop and implement strategy to address total compensation throughout the organization, consulting with divisions as needed to ensure base and incentive plans are documented and equitable. Meet with Division Leaders to develop and implement compensation programs to meet the needs of the business. Responsible for managing all annual incentive plans, including the design, plan document, ongoing communication and annual payment. Evaluate and compare compensation program with industry and marketplace trends through participating in surveys and analyzing data Monitor the effectiveness of the existing compensation practices, guidelines and procedures while recommending plan revisions as well as new plans that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and organization objectives Ensure market pricing process is documented and communicated to leaders and HR Delivery team ensuring adherence to service level agreements Work with HR Business Partners to develop appropriate pay range for existing and new positions based upon market data and industry demand Participates in annual compensation surveys related to industry and market and analyze data to provide recommendations where appropriate Collaborate with Finance team in preparation for annual performance reviews to identify merit budget recommendation for departments Lead the merit planning process, including leader training, tool setup, merit collection and process. Provide consulting to leaders and HRBPs throughout the process and provide merit analytics to leadership at the end of the process. Conduct periodic leader training around compensation practices, annual structure impacts and pay regulations (e.g., FLSA changes, Pay Transparency). Any and all other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area; Master's preferred 7+ years of previous experience in development, implementation and execution of compensation programs and strategies required HR certification preferred Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Solid knowledge and understanding of all legal, tax and regulatory issues related to compensation Excellent oral and written communication, time management, follow-up, and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a role with frequent interruptions and time-sensitive deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Essential Requirements: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices, and business ethics guidelines. Complete job-required training. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.) Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance. Work in the clinic, office, or surgery center during business hours Travel independently throughout the clinic, office, or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping, or sitting for long periods may be required. Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines. Communicate and interact respectfully and professionally. Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations. Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Understand and execute a variety of instructions. Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system.
