TEKsystems Member Services Representative in Bloomington, Minnesota

MUST LIVE IN MINNESOTA - MUST BE OPEN TO GOING ONSITE (Bloomington, MN)

Job Description:

  • Reps will take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.

  • Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

  • This position will be WFH, after a day or so of training in their Bloomington office.

Customer Service, Call Center, Member services, Health Insurance Inbound, outbound, Healthcare

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years of call center experience at one position (TENURE IS VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Ideal candidate has Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Insurance experience

  • Must reside in Minnesota near Bloomington, MN

  • Bachelors Degree is highly preferred but not required
