REVO HEALTH LLC Patient Financial Services Generalist - Revo Health in Bloomington, Minnesota

Description The Patient Financial Services Generalist is an entry-level position that provides administrative support to the Billing and Reimbursement departments. This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm out of our Bloomington Corporate Office. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions: Ensure professional communication over the phone, via email, or other written documentation and respond to all inquiries Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks Review and work any credit balances to determine if patient and/or insurance company refund is applicable Scan and fax documents for the Billing and Reimbursement departments Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Additional functions may include: Make outbound phone calls to patients as follow up to unpaid, denied, or rejected billing claims and document according to current policy Retrieve and distribute medical records as requested Insurance and patient payment processing Patient account review to ensure accurate payment posting Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma/GED or equivalent Administrative experience preferred Accounting and/or cash drawer balancing experience preferred Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
