Platinum Staffing LLC Technician (Process) II- 1st shift- Bloomington MN in Bloomington, Minnesota
Shift: 1st Monday- Friday 7am-3:15pm Wage: $25-$26Hr DOE No Background Check- Drug Test Required JOB SUMMARY: Inspects powder metal parts for dimensional accuracy and surface defects by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITYS: Train Department Personnel on SPC as needed Lot inspection First article inspection as required by customer and/or internal requirements Examine parts for defects Capability studies Separates and mark defective part according to re-work operation In-process inspections as needed Gauge calibration Load set-ups for departmental inspection steps Complete timecard and other production documentation as required in a timely and accurate manner Blueprint interpretation and consultation with personnel to assure quality of parts
