Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Blue Ash, Ohio

Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team within the Financial Services industry, located in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage a variety of tasks, including handling phone calls, directing visitors, managing mail, and maintaining office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate party

• Record and deliver messages for various team members

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors

• Share key information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, and website details with callers

• Manage incoming mail and publications, sorting and forwarding as necessary

• Send and receive faxes, ensuring they reach the intended recipient

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Assist with other clerical duties as needed

• Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day organizational functions, including general suite upkeep and maintenance of office equipment

• Adapt to new responsibilities as business conditions and management requirements evolve. Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and procedures

• Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with office management systems and procedures

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Willingness to continually learn and improve skills

• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
