As a Customer Service Representative, you will take customer calls to assist insurance customers with finding information on providers, answer questions, process orders, and provide issue resolution. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years' Customer Service experience, both inbound and outbound, highly preferred (insurance industry preferred)

• Strong computer skills - proficient in navigating between the CRM and Outlook

• Ability to multi-task

• Positive team player

• Reliable transportation

• Good attendance required - ability to stick to an assigned schedule

• Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
