Adecco US, Inc. Production Supervisor in Blue Springs, Missouri

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor 2nd and 3rd shift to oversee the performance, personnel, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects of our Autonomous Production Groups (GAP). The successful candidate will drive quality, cost, and delivery objectives while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) initiatives for assigned GAPs: set targets, implement plans, and make adjustments to achieve goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with the UAP Manager, other Production Supervisors, and support functions.

  • Manage team performance and address personnel issues; promote teamwork and lead problem-solving groups.

  • Ensure effective daily team management and adherence to standardized work methods.

  • Develop and train team members; manage staffing and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Adhere to IATF standards, Blue Springs Plant EMS procedures, and HSE regulations.

Position Specifications:

  • Authority: Ability to stop production if product does not meet customer requirements.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment (automotive industry preferred)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; eTime experience a plus

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
