Job Description
This position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Their duties include performance management, HR laws and regulation compliance, and assisting with many employee relations objectives. This individual must effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor employee engagement and recognition programs
- Monitor and organize the performance evaluation process
- Responsible for the administration of contingent workers
- Assist with projects to improve Human Resources processes
- Assist with preparing company announcements
- Assist with compensation and benefits plans
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Coordinate interviews with members of the Management team for offsite installations
- Serve as back-up for new hire orientation classes
Performs other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resource field
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
- Experience in employee engagement preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work overtime and work onsite full time
