​ Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Senior Student Engagement Coordinator, Executive Education - Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Strategize on campus initiatives to create student engagement, operational excellence, and marketing of programs.

  • Organize Seminars and events for campus.

  • Create opportunities for alumni outreach, professional development and engagement activities of both current and alumni students

  • Develop, plan and execute special events as well as continuing education classes and workshops

  • Responsible for creating Qualtrics Surveys as needed to collect data

  • Create, manage and schedule monthly events calendar to include: professional development opportunities, social and networking events as well as workshops

  • Use student and alumni data to develop compelling region-specific marketing materials for internal and external audiences

  • Assisting the Operations director with event and project coordination.

  • Planning, coordination, and execution of projects and events with co-workers, various university departments, and community partners.

  • Event Management (food ordering, porter service, event set up, room booking, parking, staffing).

  • Other job-related duties as assigned by the Assistant Director or Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience required.

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization with a Minimum of four years of experience preferred.
