dsm-firmenich Accounting Supervisor in Bogota, Colombia

We are seeking an experienced professional passionate about accounting to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that all accounting aspects (legal and tax) of the company comply with general accounting principles and the Group's accounting policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities

  • Comply with the company's established tax and accounting policy determinations.

  • Direct, coordinate, and support the preparation of corporate financial statements in accordance with international (IFRS) and local regulations.

  • Coordinate and support all tax declarations and other reports required by state representative bodies within the legal terms.

  • Support General and Financial Management with analysis of reports sent to the head office, external audits, and fiscal reviewers.

  • Provide support in budgeting and periodic control of it with variance analysis.

  • Monitor compliance with the parameters established to meet transfer pricing legislation, as well as provide the respective support in this matter.

    You bring

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial or financial sector in multinational companies;

  • Knowledge of IFRS standards;

  • English level B2 or higher;

  • Knowledge of SAP;

  • Inspirational leadership profile, good relationship and communication skills.
