Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor, Talent Acquisition in the Recruitment Process In-sourcing (RPI) within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization located in Bogota, Colombia.

In this exciting role, you will:

Lead and motivate an impactful team of expert RPI University Recruiters in acquiring top talents in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs. Our Lead TA Partner will drive the recruitment and selection projects and recommend process improvements to increase the attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.

Empower team members to achieve and exceed service standards. We will identify staff performance gaps, allocate time to listen, and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement. Our RPI University Lead will assess team members’ workload and performance, ensuring proper assignment of cases and workload to deliver targeted Assessment and Selection Service Levels

Develop and carry out diversity hiring initiatives to bring in diverse top talent. Together, we will own the whole recruitment lifecycle by embracing new technologies! You will ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding, and communication processes run efficiently; contributing to a positive candidate experience and employment equity.

Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes with hiring managers and project leaders; driving effective recruiting strategies, setting expectations, and helping identify the skills or characteristics that lead to success in a role. As we partner with the hiring leads to build sustainable candidate pipelines, accurately assess candidates and increase the effectiveness of our service, your agile and talent advisor approach will help us drive effective customer experience!

Champion our success stories through our data! Driving data integrity throughout our RPI Universities to accurately and timely provide all candidate information in the recruitment technology.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

  • At least 6 years of HR/Recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in high-volume or university recruiting is required.

  • Experience operating in an in-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing model is required.

  • Outstanding business partnering across multiple functions is required.

  • Strong capability in assessing, hiring, developing, and mentoring talent and developing an impactful, diverse, and balanced talent pipeline.

  • Ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand to work optimally in an agile environment, and balance multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities as well as formal presentation and facilitation skills are required.

  • Up to approximately 10% of domestic travel.

  • Experience as a people manager or mentor is strongly preferred.

  • Speak, read and write fluently in English, in addition to local language is required
