A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Promotes the sale of products to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.

• Assists partners/clients throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions and training, to achieve revenue targets.

• Achieves sales goals by optimizing and maintaining a steady and qualified channel network.

• Identifies and networks with reliable channels, resulting in deeper market penetration and wider market reach.

• Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners.

• Partners with internal stakeholders to set short- and long-term sales channel strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or any related to medical or healthcare field such as Nursing, Instrumentalist,etc.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience

• Experience working with Indirect channel in healthcare and medical devices industry

• Experience working in cross functional teams.

• Experience leading marketing strategy.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills

• Ability to generate strong partnerships.

• Results oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience working in healthcare or medical devices.

• Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

• Experience working with different Latam markets

• Ability to work with different technological tools

• Data analysis tools
