This position is for 3rd shift; Sunday night-Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am.

As the Tool Room Attendant, you’ll handle various tasks related the management and maintenance of the machines used in our manufacturing facilities. Your role is crucial to ensure the efficiency and success of our tablet manufacturing processes by effectively managing tooling inventory, maintaining equipment, and supporting production operations. By following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), you’ll ensure the quality and quantity of products we produce.

Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain accurate and organized inventory of tooling components, track quantities, locations, and conditions.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Prepare, install, and inspect tooling sets according to production schedules.

· Implement measures to protect tooling during storage and transportation.

· Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process enhancements, repairs, and replacements.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

· Prior manufacturing experience preferred

· Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, climb, bend, etc… within a manufacturing environment.

SKILLS:

· Ability to write simple correspondence

· Basic mathematical and computer skills

· Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions

· Attentive to detail

· Ability to work collaboratively in team environment

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.27-$25.61. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
