Express Employment is seeking a customer service representative for the State. Job duties include:
- Making outbound calls to people who have been overpaid on unemployment and using a script
- Taking payments over the phone or setting up a payment plan
- Answering inbound calls
Other Details:
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, but can be flexible to accommodate a part-time schedule as long as the part-time schedule is more than 20 hours per week
- Temporary role for 3 months, and could potentially turn into a temp to hire role
- Pay rate is \$18/hr.
