Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in BOISE, Idaho, United States. This role serves as an integral part of our team, focusing on initiating and receiving calls from customers, maintaining high-quality communication standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through both outbound and inbound calls.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

• Ensure high-quality standards are met during every customer interaction.

• Adhere to work schedules and attendance policies.

• Participate in training and other educational classes for job-related benefits.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDCPA, RESPA, FCRA.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on their statuses.

• Educate customers on delinquency timelines and collection efforts.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence.

• Schedule appointments as necessary and ensure smooth communication. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Experience in a call center environment, managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Experience in order entry and processing.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if required.

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
