Micron Technology, Inc. DRAM Product Engineer in Boise, Idaho

Maintain and ensure performance of critical tools used across the company. Update and verify accuracy of the tools to handle new DRAM memory products as well as making improvements. Enhance test flow including producing and implementing new production coverage to screen out DRAM failures. Debug DRAM memory failures including characterization of failing productions from internal production to customer returns. Design and implement automated capability for improved work efficiency. Test future parts with changes in product architecture and specification as related to DDR5 and DDR6 memory product optimization.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or related field. Position requires completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis or 6 months of experience involving the following:

  1. Debugging

  2. Coding (Python, C++)

  3. Complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)

  4. Circuit Design

  5. Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM)
