We are currently hiring a Nurse Manager for our SL Specialty Care team in Boise !
Our St. Luke's Specialty Care departments are growing. We serve patients in both the inpatient and clinic settings throughout the Treasure Valley with our primary hub in Downtown Boise. This role helps support our multi-disciplinary team of Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, Front Desk staff, and Medical Assistants with daily operations as well as coordinate care for patients transitioning from the inpatient setting to the home.
What You Can Expect:
The Nurse Manager oversees the clinic day-to-day operations. Assisting with clinic supervision, direct patient care, workflow development/enhancement, provider scheduling, team meetings, recruitment/retaining staff, budget management, care coordination with patient and families, care management of patients transferring from inpatient to outpatient settings.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-4p with the option to work remotely on occasion.
Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Degree/Diploma
Experience: 5 years clinical experience in assigned area
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
